Bridging the Acute Care Gap: Virtual Conference

The Bridge the Gap Simulation Virtual Conference, to be held Nov. 5-7, 2020 is offered by APTA Acute Care to enhance and disseminate best practice strategies in acute care physical therapist education. It is positioned to attract academic and clinical educators striving to meet the need of entry-level preparation of physical therapist and physical therapist assistant students for acute care practice, as well as advancing post-professional acute care residency programs.

All educational sessions will be presented live through Zoom Webinars. You will need to pre-register within Zoom Webinars for each individual session that you wish you attend, and details will be forthcoming regarding that final step of registration. For now, please register and submit payment. Be sure to input your email address correctly because that is how we will communicate with you. 

Please only register if you plan to attend live and order the recording if you'd like to watch the sessions on your own time.

If you're unable to attend the live conference, you can purchase the recording of the sessions for the same price as the live conference.

Session recordings will also be provided to all conference registrants, in case you are unable to attend all of the sessions live.

We did NOT apply for CEU approval for this virtual conference, however your state licensure may allow credits for this education activity. We do provide a certificate of attendance, which will be provided after the conference. You will need to contact the agency or organization in your state, which handles your professional licensure, in order to determine whether credit is available for for this educational activity, and without applications for approval.
